Amount of Fees to be paid:
Entrance Fee – P1,000.00 (P500.00 goes to the chapter where the member belongs and P500.00 goes to the National)
Annual dues – P1,000.00 (P500.00 goes to the chapter where the member belongs and P500.00 goes to the National) and for the succeeding years
as regular member
RM ID Card – P150.00
Note For Regular Member: New Civil Engineers shall pay only 50% of the annual dues during the first year reckoned from the date of their registration as civil engineers.
Step 1: Submit the duly completed Associate/Regular Membership Form (A/R MF) to the Chapter and pay the corresponding fees as indicated. The Chapter shall then verify the eligibility of the applicant from the Secretariat including affiliation from other Chapters. Requests for details must be sent along with a scanned copy of the updated (non-expired) PRC ID for regular member/s; scanned copy of the Diploma and/or Transcript of Records and mobile number.
Step 2: Upon receipt of verification is received from the Membership Unit, the Chapter will forward the application to the National Office, either via email or courier, along with the official receipt of payment or bank transaction slip. Payment must be deposited to the BDO account of the PICE National (see attached bank details). The Chapter shall have fifteen (15) calendar days to submit the application to the Membership Unit.
Step 3: Once the requirements are met, the Membership Unit will process the said application. Otherwise, a notice will be sent to the Chapter for any compliance, if any.
Step 4: The Chapter/Member will be notified via email once the certificate and ID Card is available within fifteen (15) calendar days or within thirty (30) calendar days for bulk applications. Instructions on how to claim the certificate and ID card will be included in the notification email.
Kindly note that applications submitted directly to PICE National will not be processed.
Any Regular member who, at the time of his application for this classification shall have been a member in good standing of the Institute continuously for at least seven (7) years shall be classified as Life member.
Step 1: Submit the duly completed Life Membership Form (LMF) to the Chapter and pay the corresponding fees as indicated above. If the applicant is unsure about their eligibility or membership status, particularly regarding the year of membership, payment of annual dues or chapter affiliation/contact details, they may contact the national office for assistance. Requests for details must be sent via the official email addresses of the PICE National Office at membership@pice.org.ph and picenational@pice.org.ph, along with a scanned copy of the updated (non-expired) PRC ID and mobile number.
Step 2: Upon submission of the signed LMF to the Chapter, the Chapter will forward it to the National Office, either via email or courier, along with its endorsement and payment. Payment must be deposited to the BDO account of the PICE National (see attached bank details).
Step 3: Once the requirements are met, the Committee on Membership will present the application to the Board for final approval.
Step 4: The applicant will be notified in writing about the Board’s decision within five (5) working days following the Board Meeting. Approved applications will receive the LM Certificate and ID Card within thirty (30) calendar days from the approval date. Instructions on how to claim the certificate and ID card will be included in the notification letter.
Must be a member of PICE Chapter and must be member in good standing.
1. Fill up request for change of chapter affiliation form.
2. Verified membership status must be a member in good standing, No arrears.
3. If membership with arrears, receives payments of dues.
4. The distribution of Request for Change of Chapter Affiliation form original copy for the
member, duplicate for originating chapter, triplicate copy for National Headquarters Office.
5. If requirements are complete will process the request for change of chapter for clearance to the original chapter for appropriate clearance.
6. If Chapter receives the request form the documents/national share on membership dues must return to the National Secretariat Office so that we will adjust our records accordingly.
