REGULAR MEMBERSHIP
A Regular Member shall be one who is duly registered in the rolls of the Professional Regulation Commission as a Civil Engineer.
How to Apply for a Regular Membership

· Download the membership application form and fill up all information.
· Pay the corresponding membership fee of Php2,150.00 through paypal. If you do not have a credit card pay the corresponding membership fee at PICE BDO Account. Please scan the deposit slip indicating your name and email to picenational@pice.org.ph together with your filled up membership registration form, copy of your PRC ID or proof of passing and a high resolution photo (preferably 2×2). Membership is valid for one (1) year. Annual renewals cost Php1,000.00.
· Once validated, the PICE National Headquarters will call you for your certificate of
membership and ID.
· You may also apply for membership through the PICE Chapters in your region.
ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP
An Associate member shall be one who has acquired the degree of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE) or its equivalent from any recognized engineering institution in the Philippines or abroad but who has not yet been admitted to the practice of Civil Engineering by the PRC.
How to Apply for an Associate Membership
· Download the membership application form and fill up all information.
· Pay the corresponding membership fee of Php2,150.00 through PayPal. If you do not have a credit card pay the corresponding membership fee at PICE BDO Account. Please scan the deposit slip indicating your name and email to membership@pice.org.ph together with your filled up membership registration form, copy of your diploma and a high-resolution photo (preferably 2×2). Membership is valid for one (1) year. Annual renewals cost Php1,000.00.
· Once validated, the PICE National Headquarters will call you for your certificate of membership and ID.
· You may also apply for membership through the PICE Chapters in your region.
LIFE MEMBERSHIP
Any Regular member who, at the time of his application for this classification shall have been a member in good standing of the Institute continuously for at least seven (7) years shall be classified as Life member.
Requirements to become a Life Membership
1. Duly accomplished Life Membership Application Form
2. 2”x2” size photo
3. Payment of Life Membership Fee PhP10,000.00
4. Endorsement of the Chapter
Procedures
1. Fill up Life Membership Application Form.
2. Membership status of applicant is verified if qualified for life membership.
3. When all requirements are verified to be complete, receives payment of Life
Membership Fee of PhP10,000.00, If from chapters PhP5,000.00 (Chapter keeps its share of 50%).
4. Life membership application form must be endorsed of the Chapter President, Secretary and Treasurer.
5. Application with complete requirements will be presented for approval of the National Board of Directors.
6. Approval of the Life Membership Application is done during board meeting only.
7. Issuance of Life Membership Certificate is scheduled every Regional Conference, Midyear and National Conventions
TRANSFER OF CHAPTER AFFILIATION
Must be a member of PICE Chapter and must be member in good standing.
Requirements and Procedures
1. Fill up request for change of chapter affiliation form.
2. Verified membership status must be a member in good standing, No arrears.
3. If membership with arrears, receives payments of dues.
4. The distribution of Request for Change of Chapter Affiliation form original copy for the
member, duplicate for originating chapter, triplicate copy for National Headquarters Office.
5. If requirements are complete will process the request for change of chapter for clearance to the original chapter for appropriate clearance.
6. If Chapter receives the request form the documents/national share on membership dues must return to the National Secretariat Office so that we will adjust our records accordingly.
