HOW TO APPLY PICE MEMBERSHIP WITH NEW PICE PORTAL

  1. Access the membership portal: Open your preferred web browser and enter https://pice-sme.smartpay.ph/#/home in the address bar.
  2. Register for an account: On the portal’s homepage, click the “Be a Member” button.
  3. Provide a valid email address: Enter an active email address for account verification.
  4. Account creation and verification: Complete the required registration details. A one-time password (OTP) will be sent to your registered email. Enter the OTP to verify and finalize the registration.
  5. Access the membership dashboard: After successful registration, you will be redirected to the membership dashboard, where you can access features like your profile, membership details, and tickets.
  6. Apply for membership: Navigate to the “Membership” tab and click “Be a Member” to begin.
  7. Membership application form:
  • Select your appropriate chapter affiliation and membership classification, then click “Next”.
  • Carefully fill out your personal information, ensuring accuracy and completeness, then click “Next”.
  • Select and upload all required documents related to your professional credentials and background, then click “Next”.
  • Review all provided information, including the applicable membership fees.
  • Read the terms and conditions and data privacy policy, and indicate your agreement by ticking the corresponding check box.
  • Click “Submit” to finalize your application if all details are correct.
  1. Application approval and validation: After submission, your application will be reviewed and validated by your selected chapter and the national administration. You must wait for approval before proceeding to payment. Regularly check your membership dashboard or registered email for updates.
  2. Proceed to payment via Smart Pay: Once approved, click the “Pay” button to be redirected to the Smart Pay payment gateway. Select your preferred payment channel, review the transaction details, and confirm to proceed.
  3. Membership confirmation and activation: Upon successful payment, you will be redirected back to the membership portal. Return to the “Membership” tab to verify that your membership status is active and to view complete membership details.

Note: The same process can be followed to renew and maintain an active membership.

MEMBERSHIP HELPDESK

LIFE MEMBERSHIP

Any Regular member who, at the time of his application for this classification shall have been a member in good standing of the Institute continuously for at least seven (7) years shall be classified as Life member.

Requirements / Eligibility

  • At least seven (7) years as regular member in good standing
  • One-time payment of Ten Thousand Pesos (PhP10,000.00) as application fee
    and One Hundred Fifty Pesos (PhP150.00) for the LM ID Card
  • Duly completed Life Membership Application Form
  • Endorsement from the Chapter (either in letter or signed LM Form) duly
    signed by the Treasurer, Secretary and the President

Procedures

Step 1: Submit the duly completed Life Membership Form (LMF) to the Chapter and pay the corresponding fees as indicated above. If the applicant is unsure about their eligibility or membership status, particularly regarding the year of membership, payment of annual dues or chapter affiliation/contact details, they may contact the national office for assistance. Requests for details must be sent via the official email addresses of the PICE National Office at membership@pice.org.ph and picenational@pice.org.ph, along with a scanned copy of the updated (non-expired) PRC ID and mobile number.

 

Step 2: Upon submission of the signed LMF to the Chapter, the Chapter will forward it to the National Office, either via email or courier, along with its endorsement and payment. Payment must be deposited to the BDO account of the PICE National (see attached bank details).

 

Step 3: Once the requirements are met, the Committee on Membership will present the application to the Board for final approval.

 

Step 4: The applicant will be notified in writing about the Board’s decision within five (5) working days following the Board Meeting. Approved applications will receive the LM Certificate and ID Card within thirty (30) calendar days from the approval date. Instructions on how to claim the certificate and ID card will be included in the notification letter.

TRANSFER OF CHAPTER AFFILIATION

Must be a member of PICE Chapter and must be member in good standing.

Requirements and Procedures

1. Fill up request for change of chapter affiliation form.

2. Verified membership status must be a member in good standing, No arrears.

3. If membership with arrears, receives payments of dues.

4. The distribution of Request for Change of Chapter Affiliation form original copy for the

     member, duplicate for originating chapter, triplicate copy for National Headquarters             Office.

5. If requirements are complete will process the request for change of chapter for                    clearance to  the original chapter for appropriate clearance.

6. If Chapter receives the request form the documents/national share on membership            dues must return to the National Secretariat Office so that we will adjust our records            accordingly.
