For his distinguished contribution in the field of Civil Engineering, he is currently serving as undersecretary for regional operations, managing infrastructure projects in the Visayas and Mindanao.
He was the DPWH-NCR regional director, leading the construction of quarantine facilities.

As the national president of the Philippine institute of civil Engineers, Inc., he oversaw the NAIA expressway project, which won the 2022 outstanding civil engineering achievement award. He has received several recognitions, including the most outstanding alumni award from holy angel university in 2022 and the engineering excellence award in government service in 2023. He is an ASEAN engineer and the 2022 National President of PICE.
