1. Project Engineer:
Overview of the role: The Project Engineer is accountable to oversee completion of residential projects (Land Development & House Construction), to review and validate progress reports and contractor’s billing.
It also includes effective management of the bidding process and providing customers with technical assistance on construction and post-construction related concerns.
Requirements:
– Must have at least 2 years of experience in the end-to-end construction of houses or condominiums in a low-cost to mid-range level real estate company
– Must be a Civil Engineering graduate, a license is not required
Work Location: Bulacan, Pampanga or Pasig City
2. ETS Manager
The ETS Manager will oversee Construction Management, Property Management, and Engineering Office functions, ensuring efficient project execution, quality control, and operational excellence.
The primary focus of this role is construction and project development, with an additional responsibility for improving Dolmar Land’s property management operations.
Requirements: – Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
– Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer
– Has at least 8-10 years experience in a leadership role in Construction Management, Property Management, and Engineering Office
– Able to manage both horizontal and vertical development projects
– Willing to travel to Bulacan from Mandaluyong or vice-versa
